Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance by the diner. We may reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the store is closed, payment fails, delivery is not possible, or there is an error in pricing or menu information.

Please check your basket, delivery/collection choice, contact details, address and scheduled time before placing the order.

Payment

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Cash on delivery or collection may be available only if enabled by the diner. Your order total, delivery fee and payment method are shown before checkout.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is available only within the active delivery area and may require a minimum basket value. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods, bad weather or traffic disruption.
