Refunds and Cancellations
Clear wording for cancelling orders, rejected orders, refunds and made-to-order food.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been accepted or preparation has not started, we will usually be able to cancel it and refund any card payment.
After preparation starts
Most items are prepared to order and are perishable. Once an order has been accepted and food preparation has started, cancellation or change-of-mind refunds may not be possible.
If we cancel or reject an order
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel or reject it and refund any card payment due. Cash orders will simply not be charged.
Problems with an order
If something is missing, incorrect or not right, contact us promptly on 07562 839137 or support@jpsdiner.co.uk. We may ask for photos or order details so we can investigate. Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Scheduled orders
Scheduled orders can be cancelled before the diner accepts them or before preparation begins. Please contact us as early as possible.
